AFCD is a Kenyan national organization dedicated to supporting communities to overcome poverty through locally led development, livelihood opportunities, partnerships and practical community-driven solutions.
We work with grassroots groups, women, youth, farmers, savings groups, persons with disabilities and community enterprises across western Kenya.

We identify, profile and connect organized grassroots groups to funding opportunities, equipment, mentorship and development partnerships.
Livelihood Development

Capacity Building
We strengthen skills in leadership, governance, financial literacy, business planning and community accountability.
Opportunity Fund & Partnership Platform
The platform helps organized grassroots groups apply for support, share their priorities and connect with partners who can provide funding, training, equipment, mentorship or market linkages.
