Community Opportunity Fund & Partnership Platform
Connecting grassroots groups in western Kenya with funding opportunities, training, mentorship, equipment, market linkages and development partnerships.
Opening Opportunities for Grassroots Communities
The AFCD Community Opportunity Fund & Partnership Platform is designed to identify, profile and connect organized grassroots groups with opportunities that strengthen livelihoods and reduce poverty.
Many community groups already have ideas, commitment and local leadership. What they often lack is access to small grants, equipment, training, mentorship, markets and credible development partners. AFCD exists to bridge this gap.
