Opening Opportunities for Grassroots Communities

The AFCD Community Opportunity Fund & Partnership Platform is designed to identify, profile and connect organized grassroots groups with opportunities that strengthen livelihoods and reduce poverty.

Many community groups already have ideas, commitment and local leadership. What they often lack is access to small grants, equipment, training, mentorship, markets and credible development partners. AFCD exists to bridge this gap.

How the Platform Works

Apply

Profile

AFCD reviews applications and develops a profile of eligible grassroots groups.

Connect

Follow Up
