Building Stronger Communities Together

AFCD believes that lasting solutions to poverty are created through collaboration. We invite foundations, companies, county governments, NGOs, faith institutions, cooperatives, diaspora networks and individuals to partner with us in supporting community-led development across western Kenya.

Why Partner With AFCD?

Community Ownership

We work with organized grassroots groups that understand their own priorities and lead their own development.

Local Knowledge

AFCD is rooted in local realities and works directly with community groups across western Kenya.

Transparency

We are committed to responsible stewardship, documentation, learning and clear reporting.

Sustainable Impact

We focus on strengthening local capacity and livelihoods beyond short-term support.

A Bridge Between Communities and Opportunity
